Doesn't bother me now Sideshow Bob seems to be fixed for the mostpart.

when I first started I went round spraying other peoples towns like mad and my rating stayed rock bottom so the next time I cleaned everyone up and my rating went up to 5*. The only time I notice my rating go down is when I do no clearing up in other towns.
