Premium Skins Question
If I buy the stonecutters outfit for jasper, who I dont already own, will it unlock regular jasper aswell?? Just want to make sure before I buy :)

Costumes for characters you don't have just wait until the character is in your town to be able to be consumed.
You will need to go back into your inventory and select the costume when you get the neccessary character.
