Pres Lisa Tasks....Should I hold off until Act 3?
That's what I'm doing. Sgt. Skinner's tasks rewarded the new currency when we went from Act 1 to Act 2, so I see no reason why this wouldn't be the case here.

My strategy also - some players won't get President Lisa until the last hours of Act 2 and will have to complete her quest during Act 3, so I'm betting her quest will reward with the new currency
