I had no problems buying the remaining KL land after the update. Before the nuking, of course.

Do wish I had seen this. Pretty deflated that I didn’t have much KL land and now my SF is suffering because it’ll take forever to grind all the land tokens I need to even out my land.

I got 102 land tokens :smile: with all the land from KL bought a long time ago. I had only 1 token from the previous event.

PSA: DO NOT UPDATE if you still have land in KL to purchase and tickets to purchase it with!

Wish they would have mentioned it. Really wish I could go back and purchase the land.

Call EA, I started new thread with the info. They need to know about the issue to fix it. Hopefully they get enough people to contact them and we who could have get the remaining KL will get a chance. I only got 32 land tickets but had plenty of KL unused tickets to buy all the KL land available if there was a warning before nuking.

I doubt that EA will “fix” this. It’s kinda crummy for users in your position, but, really, in allotting a number of land tokens that was proportional to the amount of KL land obtained, the game was working the way it was supposed to. I think you can make the very reasonable argument that the game should have been clearer before nuking about how land tokens were going to be allocated, but at the end of the day it’s EA’s game and they don’t have to do much of anything.

That's how I went about it that the game was not clear about the fact that land tickets obtained were depended on how many pieces of land we already had before nuking and that was crucial piece of information.

At the risk of repeating myself, I can empathize with your frustration, but while the contingencies involved could certainly have made clearer, I don’t think we’re talking bout a bug or glitch; I could well be wrong, but I just don’t see EA offering up some form of restitution. And it won’t matter how many users complain. EA has shown itself to be remarkably impervious to that kind of customer pressure — even in situations involving genuine bugs.

I only had around 65,000 tickets, not enough to buy the remaining land. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem possible to obtain any significant amount more (before nuking Krustyland) as characters no longer have Krustyland ride tasks and even the store option to buy tickets appears to be locked now.

you can use donuts to rush sideshow you or the buildings with the ticket payouts.
