PSA: DO NOT UPDATE if you still have land in KL to purchase and tickets to purchase it with!

I got just 21 tokens plus the 9 plots gifted to place I&S land. Kinda sucks to know I could’ve bought up more KL plots, but oh well. I don’t think I had much by way of KL tickets anyway, maybe 15k or so.

Thanks for the tip! You're my favorite neighbor. I was just about to nuke in my second town and thought I'd pop into the forum first. I had never bothered to buy extra land in that town so almost all of it was unbought. I had enough tokens to buy almost all of it, which I've now done. Thanks again! :)

what was the size of old krusty land? I was never really expanding KT, so I received maybe 30 landtokens.

Enraged that building a compact KL would affect me in the future.

What happens to unspent tickets after the nuke? I have about 1.1 million tickets, which would kinda suck to lose.

From how much I understand, you can continue buy decorations for KL with tickets. They don't appear in your hud like the cash, but they will pop when you want to make a purchase based only on tickets.

Yes, when you go to the shop and select Krustyland icon, your IGC changes to Krustyland tickets.

Hmm so I am about 70 tokens behind. Until now I had stored all of tokens because I had no need to use them. Now I have 60+ and 9 places under new KL.

I've rushed a few buildings however the payouts were quite poor. Sideshow You is in some ways a more interesting idea - 4 donuts each time but of course the results are random, nice when you get 100+ tickets although sometimes the return is as few as 20 tickets. Slightly amused that one of my attempts to win tickets with donuts got me 5 donuts instead!

Have now spent numerous donuts and together with waiting for payouts from buildings + guests managed to buy 1 extra square of land (3,000) tickets. It's not cheap for the donut spend but with the rarity of land tokens still seems worthwhile. I'll probably do some more work on this later.

I've now also moved around 200 itchy & scratchy billboards to Krustyland which will hopefully improve payouts (but not Sideshow You presumably) as my multiplier there was only 4% previously. Somewhat inconveniently, I could group-store these multiplier items in Springfield but couldn't group-place them in Krustyland (whenever trying to do so, the game took me to an unusable void), so had to split them up and place them individually. Maybe there are better multiplier items for Krustyland than I&S billboards?

I don't know exactly how much time there is left in Act 1 before the forced nuke as the timer doesn't seem to reappear for those of us holding off nuking? I think we have up to 5 days, ending on June 4th.

It's the kind of thing that makes you wish EA would give players a heads up. Just a nudge, just a little cough, maybe a sly wink. Not the end of the world but it still doesn't seem like too much to ask.
