yes... should always save three dailies and wait to claim them until the start of the next act.

actually 150. you only get 5 per tap for 30 taps in friends towns per day.

I cannot say, why you are behind, but from my experience you haveto play at least 3-4 times a day and sent all possible (? 11 ? non premium) characters to the museum. Doing that I was fine and I am able to collect pictures for extra donuts since days.
There is an event calender available which shows where you should be inn order to get all rewards
In 2 days you will have a new chance to get rewards in act 2 :)

Why do i not get event currency when i click on justice agents in my friends towns? I got some in other springfield.

You get it from the first 30 taps from friends visits.
