Question for KEM farmers

While I realize quite a few people here apparently have 1000% or even 2000% bonuses, many have way less than 640%. Saying "only" implies that we sub-640% people must really be at the bottom of the barrel. I have "only" about 300%.

My #3 game is just 79.65% and my cash is down to $65,175, so you're in better shape than I am.
I can already tell my new house farms are paying off though. I was able to buy 3 more houses and 2 plots of land so far today.
Speaking of which, I did a little math on house farming and here's what I came up with:
Well, I was going to use BBCode to put a table in here but it didn't work. Anyway... Over a 2 day period assuming a 16 hour day and collecting every payout on time:
Purple (3 hour) houses pay out the best at $900 and 84 XP
Pink (6 hour) houses pay out the worst at $480 and 48 XP
Blue (8 hour) pays $900 and 78 XP
White (12 hour) pays $800 and 80 XP
Orange (16 hour) is in the middle at $750 and 75 XP
If you can manage to get the Blue Houses 3 times a day that's your best payout. They also take up the least amount of space in your town. I have Blue House farms in my 2 oldest games and sometimes struggle to get those 3 payouts.
In my third game I'm going for White Houses. They pay a little less than Blue but you only have to collect twice a day. So if you want to go to bed early you can set your characters on 12 hour tasks and not lose the 3rd Blue House payout of the day. I'm considering selling my Blue houses in games 1 and 2 and buying Whites.
