question for veteran players...
It's been a while and I've never taken notice. I think I maxed out at level 20. Had to wait for level 21 which I think came with mrs krapapple

There was 20 levels. Starting last Septemeber , they've released 1 level per month, although we got 2 in May. I think the last building for level 20 was the Town Hall, then the first content update in September had the Muntz house and the Library.
