Those two donuts feel like two black eyes.

I just got the dog throwing catapult and I DREAD getting the statue as I will have nothing to look forward to for the next MONTH + ...

Maybe there will be a new level to keep us entertained very soon? :-o

I don't know about soon, but I suspect we'll see another level at some point during this event.

I don't think they planned on freemium players finishing so quickly. This was supposed to be a long grind based on the time frame they set, but due to numerous bugs that they didn't find until too late, things have gone much faster than intended for many.



I can't imagine the higher ups are very pleased with the devs based on how this event has transpired in the first week. Not because of the cheater20 glitch or the elixir bundle snafu, but because players are finishing this month and a half event in a week without spending donuts (due to a supposed glitch that hurts EA rather than the players). They tried to slow the progress down by cutting back the failed nerds return, but that has had little impact on the overall totals players are able to accumulate.

I agree. One week into the event and I'm now two thirds the way through the event. One week

I'm well on my way to finishing the event too, probably done by early next week. That leaves over a month to go with nothing to do. Once I receive the last prize, I'm guessing I'll just click on the shields in my town as needed to get rid of them in order to collect in-game cash, but otherwise ignoring the rest of it.

And I've been wondering about a new level too. It's about time for them to add one, especially since people will soon stop participating in the event as they finish all tasks. A new FP prize would also be cool; we haven't seen one of those in a while.

Setting the end of the event for October 7 is probably the most bizarre thing I've ever seen in TSTO. I suppose they won't move it up earlier, but in a few weeks I doubt there will be many people actively playing it anymore.

I hope they add more soon I already have over 30,000 gold. I'll probably hit the last prize Saturday morning

Is it possible that it is regional? Maybe only Euro or overseas players getting them? Or is it just random?

We got 15 donuts some days ago and you'll get another 15 after finishing the whole questline from this event. Even after collectief all prizes you just get elixir for each 8k extra gold

It's not the whole questline... I finished the raid for donuts task this morning and got my 15 donuts, but there was a marge/lisa 1 hr task after that and then a barbarian/smithers 2 hr task after that.
