has anybody bought it ? Wondering if he's worth the donuts if you don't need him r9 help with the heists? looks like it would be a nice edition to the beachfront.

I wasnt sure what you were going for, thats why I answered the way I did. Now I get it ;)- I got it. I have to say Im happy with it. Here is a pic of it next to Smootchies, the other building for sale. Let me know if you want to see it differently, I can put it with anything you want for the most part. I havent decided what I'm going to do with it yet, I usually wait until after the event to design, once I have everything.
Edit: I havent started his questline yet, so I dont know anything about his tasks. But I can find out fairly quickly if anyone needs to know - Really nice building but the only disappointment is that it can't go on the beach.
