Bought City Life earlier today specifically because I wanted to play around with the penthouses. Unfortunately, while hovering over the penthouses prompts an info pop-up, there's no way way to actually play them. As you can see below, neither 1 Torendi Tower nor Fountainview have any icon whatsoever hovering above them. This behavior is the same from Build Mode as it is in Live Mode. I can alter the penthouses from Build Mode, but at no point do they show as playable residential lots.
I'm on a Mac and not playing with CC or mods. Any ideas on how to fix this?
