- I have lost several hundred...Will they reimburse? Sure had my sights set on those prizes, but I see absolutely no way in hell that it can happen. This sux...again! I am constantly battling those people at EA....they didn't do anything for all of my lost donuts, did nothing about the nearly three weeks I couldn't even play because of the Harps, I have lost XP and my snake count goes backward each time I play. I don't have much faith in EA when they attempt to "fix" things. It certainly does seemed fixed alright...fixed to make EA a ton of money because could care less about these issues, as people gobble up donuts for fear of missing out on the goodies. Stellar job, EA, stellar job!!! Way to flip the bird to those of us who keep you afloat and pay your bills...

one thing i did notice is there was no mention of if people who had lost snakes would be getting any sort of "gift" of snakes to make up for it or anything :(

hopefully they do get it sorted soon though, as at the moment if i visit all my friends then with the amount i lose taken off what i get i only end up with 5-10 more than i had before i visited my friends, so it's holding me back a lot with progressing through the prizes danbyization wrote:

that would be nice, i think they should do something to help out because of how much its set a lot of people back so either extend the event a little or give everyone a bump in there snake total, but this is EA we're talking about so they might just not do anything and only fix it on may 8th lolbaylensmom wrote:

- I think the snake glitch might have been fixed I've been going into all my friends towns trying to trigger it and can't as I was hoping to get it to give me an extra prize like the other people have been getting....
- I havent had this update you are talking about but it could be to do with the end of the waterfall etc update, they normally do one shortly after a certain event has finished so could be to do with that maybe
