Rome-Eh & Julie-Aye Pt. 5 Glitch

I finished that part of the mission days ago, and it’s still like I have something to do, though there are no pending tasks! And also, I didn’t receive the character I should be receiving at the end of this part! Tried contacting EA, but nothing! Any ideas on what to do, please?
