- Complete bullcrap. EA doesn't give a damn about this issue
- It's very disappointing that a fix hasn't been applied to solve the graphics issue with the S22 as it makes design impossible as some buildings and items are invisible.
- 4junk3000New Spectator- EA usually works on bugs without notifying anyone. We dont know how hard they're working on this.
- EA has delivered plenty of patches that seemed to take a long time. We dont know how easily they can schedule in a debugging correction affecting one model
- Some things may not be resolvable by EA alone. We dont know if they're waiting on EA for proprietary driver compatibility issues
- There's no way to know if EA "doesn't give a damn"
- I find it hard to believe that people who can afford an s22, dont have a single old device on hand to use instead; or dont have a single friend w another model to borrow just to log in. Where I am they are available for $0 on a new contract. Do you feel that people who can afford that device have no right to complain. I don't object to people complaining about the item limit or needing more land.
History has shown us that if we don't keep an issue on the front burner, EA forgets about it.
There were no updates to the s22 core code prior to this. The game worked fine on them. They are a very common phone. The golf event broke the game so obviously something in the game code changed. The food event is the same.
The easiest solution being to use an old device is a pretty arrogant suggestion , you don't want to hear about others problems as long as you are ok? This doesn't seem to be right, as you are usually one of the people here who goes the extra mile to help others. You’ve just expressed a hell of a lot of negative assumptions about me. I help players with issues with this game ALL DAY, EVERY DAY. But you go ahead and bash the hell out of me for expressing an opinion; It’s cool.
What i think might be arrogance, is accusing EA of “not giving a damn”. But i didn’t call it arrogance, did i? I didn’t attack anyone personally, did i? I just expressed my opinion: it’s a brand new phone; how does someone with this new device not have an old device to use temporarily?? But apparently I’m “arrogant” for questioning that.

- The S22 has been out in excess of 2 years so not sure I'd call it a brand new phone, it's replacement the S23 has been out for for around 6 months.

I have an s22 I play on. I also have a tab I could play on, however it's zoomed in so I cannot see so much.

The price of an item doesn't determine whether or not one can express dissatisfaction with it's performance. .
