I put both of mine in the landing zone, but easily separated, shouldn't be the front and center of the screen (at least I don't think so..). I also try to put one by the Town Hall, so it discourages graffiti. Graffiti doesn't help my neighbor, so I'd rather them not have to go near there.

Right now I don't have any baskets. But when I visit, I try to fill the blue ones at this point in time since I need pink to get gold.
