Should the 4500 Buildings/Decorations Warning Be the New "We Need More Land"?

I'm not sure, I know nothing about the game programming but I have seen a lot of threads on the forum about the 4500 limit and I think it's safe to say that it would make sense for them to increase the recommended amount so we can make our towns even better without the worry of lagging, being locked out of our game or some other inconvenience.

Because if you're only at 4500, you're not even close to the limit. Stop looking for things to crusade and just play.
