Yes. I had just finished updating one of my mansions in Springfield Heights, and the game crashed just as I was told the building additions were put in my inventory. When I reopened the game, the money advancement was there, but I don't have the building additions in my inventory. Tried deleting and reinstalling the game, but nope, there still not there.

Tried that and I can't get to any neighbour from there as it just crashes every time.

my game hasnt crashed since, well, such a long time ago that i dont even remember. maybe your device cant handle it? maybe its the OS?

Mine never crashed until the SH update. With the monorail update it's got even worse. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I make sure everything else is closed down before playing but still I can't play properly. Sick of it.

My game keeps crashing on my iPad and it very rarely crashes this game . It is quite annoying to say the least.

Mine crashes on visits too but I realised in the last 2 events that when on visits, if a task completes in my town (thumbs up available to collect) or a building tax is ready to collect then the game crashes. I got round it by not collecting rents & not setting tasks less than 1 hour before going on visits & that stopped the crashing as nothing became available to collect whilst I'm away on visits. Been a nightmare with the 30s 2m 8m 12m & 20m tasks as I can't set them before visits but it's worth loosing out on the 1 craftable item by not setting the task before visits.

My game is also crashing when I'm trying to do neighbor visits. It's so annoying.
