It's almost as if posting this caused him to appear. It had been six months at least since I maxed out my level and finished all the tasks and then suddenly two days ago he appeared. I finished the first part but he hasn't triggered the second. I wonder if they changed something with the Moe's Ark update.
you have to wait 24 hours for pt2 to begin, same with pt3
ahhh just saw this. Will try that trick again tomorrow to see if part 3 starts.
