I have a question, and forgive if I missed someone's post - I have been playing Tapped Out on my Google Chromebook for over a year now and is past level 100 and I have in all honestly only seen Sideshow Bob in the OS. :/ I have not once seen him in my town and not in any of my friend's towns either. Now I know this isn't possible because I had played Tapped Out once before, years ago pon my old iPhone, but for whatever reason, it's a little different this time around.
Do I just need to keep tapping SSB in the OS until something gets triggered in my town?
