Hi again!

I have tried it but Bob doesn't show on my own town, so I can´t activate the quest.

Have you gone to Other Springfield while on IOS? that is how i got it to pop. I even went through the whole quest line and got Bob in 5 minutes by going in and out of other Springfield without tapping any buildings, just Bob.
If that doesn't work, you should contact EA and just ask for him.

This quest has launched for me, but I already have SSB.

Yes, I get it isn't a problem. Just confused as to why it has launched.
