Sideshow bob still running around town after update.

After we get him I think he will no longer appear. Frankly I say good riddance he was really annoying. But I do think that if you don't get him he will still come like that and I also think he will most likely be premium after the event ends so people who missed the event can buy him.

I think his purpose (to bring your Righteousness rating back) will exist through a job he has to perform.

He is now a regular permanent playable character. His previous existence as a random NPC has officially ended.

Now EA needs to do the same to Gil Gunderson. Make h a regular permanent playable character. And they still can use him to give us sales with a simple update each time.

We don't need him for Righteousness...we can easily just use the training walls and hide them behind buildings as necessary :-)

maybe he and Mr. Teeny are changing roles and we'll have to tap Mr. Teeny who's on the lam from Krusty's Tyranny?

they will probably make a different character to replace him and he probably will stop appearing as a npc once the event is over

Maybe he'll be replaced with one of the felons from the superhero event.
