Sideshow Bob is elusive for sure...and frustrating. If you have the time or the interest, read through the frustrations and various levels that he was awarded to those in “Crawl To The Finish” that @johncolombo started.
We were patient, however, since you have expended 65 donuts on the Captain Bob skin, and have reached 939 and still don’t have SSB, you need to keep contacting EA about this.
