Sideshow Bob

i realized that i never maxed out statues at SH Theatre, it can use SSB, so im working currently to max that out and the rest of SH to see if it might trigger Bob

They can trigger it for you. The specialist that helped me get Bob had to log in my town 3 times in order to trigger each part. Contact them via live chat and request a specialist. Tell them it’s missing content (the quest NOT the character) and you might get it. Like Ron said, keep contacting them thought, at first I got 3 advisors that were just lest be polite, useless!

Thanks! I've seen that one before too, but now it's helpful to have it easily on-hand. It's funny because every time I mention that other people have had it done at the tech team/specialist level (Tier 1/Tier 2), they act like only the Studio Group has the ability to do anything in your game (yet, obviously, even the lower-level customer service reps, not even at Tech Team Tier 1, can add donuts to your game for the inconvenience of contacting them. I even got an offer of 30D to just give up from the first rep I talked to! How different can it be to add donuts to your total versus a character to your inventory? From what I've read, it's as simple as "modifyland

Good luck! I've "maxed" and "unmaxed" numerous times with no impact, but it can't hurt to try.

I found when you level up really quickly you tend to send Bart on the higher level quests. And all the main characters really. Then when you start clearing old quests you all the sudden have three quests he has to skip school. There's just a gray area where characters are too useful and it bogs progression. Keep the core simpsons family, legs, Louie, wiggum, his side parts, the bullies.....all off SH and monorail and you'll see what I mean. Skinner can be another one with all his dealing with Edna and chalmers.

With so many 24 hour tasks in core characters it is just easy to never hit the original character progression path when you discover monorail and SH

I have no idea what you mean to to say. Is there any reason I should consider starting the Monorail?

Since I was told last time to wait a week, I did (plus two days since I've been sick). There's not much to report. I called today and spoke to a tech who provided no help. I then got her supervisor on the phone (first time they've actually done that despite my repeated requests). He told me the case was escalated to the Studio Group on January 21st (I was told the 15th several times before). He also told me there was no update and refused to give me a timeline. Again, I was told to just keep waiting "for some time" (whatever that even means). So now the Studio Group has had the case at least 10 days (if not 16) and refuses to provide any feedback whatsoever. It's clear that the overall strategy is to keep telling players to wait for a solution until they just stop asking for one. That's fine. The emails start today and will include a link to this thread. This issue is going to be resolved either with SSB added to my game (and a significant number of donuts for wasting my time) or with me ultimately quitting the game and applying my time and money elsewhere.

My apologies, but what does this have to do with the issue if all of the level questlines have been completed?

@Muhsterino i built Krustylu Studio a week ago and got Cecil today, Ceicil triggered for free i guess because i finally got over an igc goal 9over $25M?) and it triggered Road to the Riches at the same time ... :/ no luck but keeping an eye out for SSB :)

Cecil automatically is unlocked if you have either;

1) 10 million dollars (or more) in in-game cash
-or-
2) Have built one of the "Aspirational Buildings" (Redwood and Money Mountain do not count I believe)
