What, "Sideshow Bob has been spotted in the area"? Yeah, I see that all the time, in my town and in neighboring towns. Sometimes he's being sneaky, though, and I don't get a notification.

Stop signs don't raise Righteousness. I do have dozens of them hidden in my town, for Obedience, but the training walls I have surrounding Fat Tony's are what keeps my Righteousness up.
