What, "Sideshow Bob has been spotted in the area"? Yeah, I see that all the time, in my town and in neighboring towns. Sometimes he's being sneaky, though, and I don't get a notification.

YES. Absolute CLASSIC. And one of his tasks could be "Escape from jail" if we no longer have him randomly escaping.
Or it could be his 12 hour task.
1hr- Attempt to kill Bart (He stalks Bart around town periodically taking swings at him with a knife while Bart dodges out of the way)
2hr-Perform H.M.S. Pinafore (outdoor task)
4hr- Train at Gym (Gym)
8hr- Fly kite with Cecil (dual task with Cecil outdoors)
12hr- Get hit by rakes (outdoor task)
24hr-Serve Time (Prison)
And maybe a 6hr task where he escapes from jail as well.
