Snakes disappear

You can only have 20 in your town at once. There is a bank that can hold 40. If you have both of those full and then click on the thumbs up at the campfire you will lose out on the ones generated. So clear your town of the 20 first. Then let the bank empty some into your town. Click those also. Click the thumbs up when you have cleared enough from your town and bank to hold the generated ones.

But I send about 13 kids every time , some of them rewarded 2 snakes and some 4 snakes so it should be more than 30

"Bank" is the term people use for this. It is an "overflow buffer", if that helps. Since the town can only hold 20, the question is what happens to any that are generated after that. The answer is that they are held in that buffer (bank), but there is only room for 40 in that. So after the town is full, and the bank is full, you lose any generated. That's true whether they are generated from the campfire or from the kids tasks. That's why you need to clear the town first, and then let the bank empty some of the 40 into the town. That takes some time to do. I suggest counting as best you can to make room for the 30 you say your kids are generating. By the way, you cannot see the bank in the game. We only know it is there because the people that can read the files have told us that is how it works.

Now for why you only got 7... A number of things could be happening. You could have a bug. If you think so, then contact EA. Or it could be that you missed some. They are hard to find, especially the snakes. Or it could be that it was emptying the bank slowly into your town and you did not wait long enough. I think the strategy thread may have some info on timings for this.
