Lyle Lanley, I don't get why people keep saying the Phil Hartman characters will never be used. There is nowhere where it says this. Obviously it's not that big of a deal if Lyle was on our towns during the Monorail event, even to the extent that we were able to send him on a task. So it's obviously possible. Phil Hartman does not own these characters.
