Both would be good. Personally, I don't mind a random order as long as it's consistent. After a few go rounds, we'll remember pretty much where everything is, but it would be nice to scroll faster. Groups would make it even better and really makes more sense. It should be really easily to implement. They essentially already have it with buildings, decoration, and premiums. It would take very little to extend it to subgroups.

That's a good one. It's clearly a choice that the developers made to make it the way it is. It's very systematic to click everything around what you want once before finally cycling to what you actually wanted. Infuriating!
