Sudden crashing going into design/inventory mode

I just came on here to see if anyone else was going through the same thing! I am also having the same problem on my ipad air 2!!! Its happening whenever I tap on the move icon. I also havent had a pro...

I was so hopeful after seeing everyone's posts, logged in and found missing Lisa sitting in my inventory. Just as I was thinking everything was fixed, I logged out, and 5 mins later when I logged back in, she has performed a disappearing act again (and she's not back in inventory either) :x
