Tapped Out app won't open at all

I had this problem when I tried to buy donuts. It still doesn't work. Every time I launch the game on my iPad I get stuck at the first screen and get kicked out. The problem is with the connection between Apple and EA.

I did countless reinstalls and nothing worked with solving this problem. Until one day, I accidentally clicked on the wrong button and voila...

When you get the prompt to enter your Apple Password -- Click on CANCEL. If you enter your password it will kick you out. If you cancel and do not enter your password it will launch the game. Don't know why, but is only works on my iPad if I cancel out the Apple Password.

The game won't load for me either, three days and counting... :(

Posted this on another thread as I had this problem and fixed it in a similar way but to get to the point after wiping my ipad back to factory settings and setting it up as a new ipad with a new id I downloaded tapped out and when I launched it it came on signed into my origin account already and went straight to my town I have told apple about this but seems a big security problem as I pointed out to them I have sold old devices wiped to buy new ones so does it mean that even though u wipe the device it still saves your login details somewhere, its a bit worrying I think u can agree as someone else could download an app on it that u had and get straight into it as u

Ok so they've fixed the Origin issue, why not this one? I was patient to start with but this is stupid now.

I'm giving it an hour then asking for a refund this is stupid.

Nothing happens when I hit cancel. And resetting would suck since I play on my iphone

I reset my phone and nothing happened the game still won't work, I've contacted Apple for a refund as I've lost my patience. Sorry I don't mean to rant, I've just had enough. x

bahahaha!!! I emailed them 4 days ago and nothing

I know i just want to get to my Springfield! I would LOVE just not being able to see any friends like everyone else's issue atm, that's nothing compared to this issue! x

Igot the same from apple contact ea but they never got back to me and that was about 5 days ago now like I said on another thread back your device up to iCloud or a computer then delete your device set it up as a new user with a new I'd log out of origin on tapped out then change your apple id under the apps section in settings I then downloaded another app open that then Simpsons and hey presto just re install from your back up again it worked for me
