Those who have missing donuts, post it here......

This is official from EA. Missing donut glitch Fixed with new update today, but please let us know if you are still losing any.

If you lost donuts before todays update please follow up on your cases with EA.
If you lose any going forward please PM a Mod.

You can continue to post here if you like but if you PM a mod we can forward it where it needs to go

This is bs, new update and still no donuts replaced and sounds like I have to do some more running around to get them. This will bet 5th contact with ea over the issue they told me would be rectified with a new update and donuts returned.

Me either... although it might be time to start Springfield Heights for me, although will wait 24 more hours before I do.

Sounds like they did nothing to address those who lost donuts, which is a shame since their support team made it seem like they would get their donuts back.

If you already had a ticket in follow up on it till you get your donuts back. The let us know if more go missing is a just in case. Better than nothing. If they didn't think it was fixed I doubt we would have got the message and it's EA's job not the mods jobs to get back the donuts so I highly doubt many if any more will go missing. We are just the back up for now.

I had 20 donuts vanish a few days ago. Didn't see them return in the update, so contacted EA. Had 30 given to me a few hours later. So, thanks to EA for that. Hopefully a one-time thing.

This is what iam talking about, I've contacted them 4 times now and none of them have refunded my donuts. Yet others like yourself have, not angry at you btw, it's bloody ea. Does anyone know if there is some sort of ombudsman for online stores like ea to make a complaint to, to progress this further?

I got my 100 donuts restored today. I used the support callback option and the rep sounded like he was reading from a script when he said that a fix had been implemented and that anyone with missing donuts was supposed to be passed through to their escalation team. I told him that I had lost my donuts prior to the fix, that I was active on this forum and that other people had already had their donuts restored - that it seemed like it just depended on who you talked to and that wasn't fair. He apologized for the inconsistent treatment, put me on hold for a few minutes and when he returned he asked me to log into my account...he had restored my donuts.

He sounded a little frazzled and agreed that he hoped the fix really corrected the problem...it seems like they've had it rough on the customer service side, too.

I guess it's time to finally unlock SH, fingers crossed hoping the fix works as intended.

I lost all my 40-50 donuts when the first SH update came but I didn't contact EA. Today I finally contacted EA via email and I had all my donuts restored plus I got 200 extra donuts. So thank you finnish customer care and Kristian for my donuts.

Now I just have to build again my five Business Center and five Valet Parkings after they disappeared from my inventory..
