Timer madness

Did anybody else's timers get messed up? All the timings in my games (buildings, characters, etc) got shifted by 20 minutes when the event started. I'm just doing the 12 hour timers (Rocket launch pad, Golden Goose Realty) and it's 20 minutes off from my out of game timer from this morning.
