The purple rectangles are called courtesy chips. They're a consolation prize for losing at Moe's. I believe that's the only way to win them. You need ten to craft 100 casino chips.

The gold "cards" with a B on them are actually coasters.

I have a breakdown of sorts https://simp7fan.wordpress.com/2016/02/23/event-currency-rates-burns-casino/ on my "blog". I haven't seen martinis or show tickets drop, but they are rewarded at the player's club.
