yes, 7490 is not for act I, but for all three acts. 7490 includes:
- all points for rewards in all 3 acts
- all points for crafting for all levels
I can post complete calculation later.
BTW, the whole point of dividing big events into smaller acts by EA is, I think, to prevent players to finish everything in first few days, so it is normal that you can't reach final prize this early.

So it's still possible to get all the prizes from the Clubcard Prize Track, as a Freemium Player, just as Nedimaz says, but just as brick says, it's worth just being patient with the crafting, we have all three acts to do it! :)

See my previous post: total nr. of points for Act III prizes alone is 1.560. Which means that without those, you'll stuck with max. 5.930 in Act II (providing the fact that you are not buying premium items). So without premium items, there is no way to obtain all Player Point Club rewards before Act III
Now we just have to get enough chips, even though we have to rely on Gaming Moe's to do so!!
