Have you already collected the max for that item? I can't build a third 'Sequence Fountain 1' for example, so there is no craft button on that item.
I'm only able to craft 4 walk of fame stars when it says first 8 give club card points plus only 2 of the spotlights and 2 of each fountains when it says the first 4 give points! Not sure why??
I think it's based on the level you're at on the crafting page.
