Well, the title of this thread is also the motto of the Los Angeles Police Department, so I thought it only fitting to have a caption of Chief Clancy Wiggum protecting the streets of Springfield. I call this one "Bird Watchers."

You upload your image to a host like photobucket or auplod (there are many). You will get a link to your image. Copy that link, and paste it in your reply.
The image tags will probably not work for you, because you have to be promoted to level 2 to get the BB code working.
