Treehouse of Horror XXVI Shopkeeper's Challenges (Update: 11/5)

I'm really enjoying all these free donuts from EA lately. Between this and the railyard I'm rolling in the sprinkles. Bought the pet cemetery and Sherri and Terri and didn't feel the least bit guilty about it.

You have 7 days to complete the task. I think you can make it.

Assuming you only have Bart and Database:

Send them both to Hunt Nightmares before going to bed Sunday night. On Monday after 7 AM you'll have 4. Send them again and 4 hours later you'll have 8. After the third round you'll have 12, then 16, then 20, 24, 28, then you only need to send one for the final 2 to make 30.

Don't send Bart to fight M'nthster. Even if you have to send the other 3 a third time the 20 donuts are worth the delay in defeating him.

Because it's still true. It just takes longer. I currently need 7 more Zombies to upgrade to level 70. No, I don't have all the kids, just most of them.

So it looks like LPN has changed the final Shopkeeper task from Skeletons to Zombies. I was wondering why we had the same task twice in one week...

... Do you know that you will have seven days to finish collecting those? You don't need to complete the first challenge in the 24 hours ... You need to collect 30 skeletons within seven days. That Friday task to collect 30 zombies needs to be completed by the following Monday.

Hope that helps you feel less stressed. There are so many things going wrong with incorrect payouts and partial payouts and completely missing payouts, that it's a good thing we have all this time to work around it all. :(

I guess this is a great time NOT to get rid of non-playing neighbours, and tap the ones still generating (the desired) nightmares before you do the rest of the round.

I am not able to hunt nightmares even though the option is available, any ideas why that would be happening?

**Town is full, sorry to those who sent a request and I wasn't able to add**

I know its not a big help, but I have a second town which I haven't advanced through the story line so it can still spawn the needed nightmares. If anybody wants to add my second town, "danco1130" as a friend, I will make sure it is spawning skeletons starting on Monday, and switch it to zombies on Friday. It is only an extra 3 nightmares a day, but for anyone concerned they wont get enough, it could help. Of course, don't expect much else from this town as I only use it during events, and don't progress much with it.
