UFO Spawn rate
Its been pretty random for me. The first few days I saw none. Then other days I saw more than I had ammo. It should balance itself out.

It seemed to be less than 1/4 to me also.
The files say 25% according to those sources, but the code does what it wants.
Either that or you, I, and some others that have posted on this, are really unlucky. :)
