UFO Spawn rate
Its been pretty random for me. The first few days I saw none. Then other days I saw more than I had ammo. It should balance itself out.

I see them only on two occasions
1) I have no ammo
2) when I am able to collect probes during my 90 actions, after that I will not see any UFO's if I leave and go back to my town. I will continue to see them while visiting all my neighbors, but I will have used up all my ammo long before I finish visiting.
very annoying. I have gone through my neighbor list twice one day and never saw a UFO once. This is clearly a gitch, because if you buy ammo, you're screwed because the dumb things won't show up!
