Might be a bit left field this one but just gonna throw it in anyway... When was the last time you checked before getting the balloon? Only ask as they surprised a few of us by turning crazy plane into a bonus item with a 2.50% multiplier...
I'm talking like 2-3 days. I know it's not crazy plane or EPA jet or mystyery box items.
