Tips for an increased multiplier.

You didn't say what your current level is, but as you work through the levels you get a few decos for free that have a multiplier, as an example the golden calf idol. Look out for items during events - in act 2 of the Wild West event you could buy cow tongues for $45,000 which gives a 2% multiplier.
Do you have the space rocket? Make sure to launch it twice a day, as there are topiaries and the nuclear warhead that you could get that also give bonus %.
Mystery boxes also contain items that give a boost to your multiplier too.

The cheapest way to turn donuts into multiplier is to buy mystery boxes.

Jet engine bike is .066% per donut, but an average mystery box is almost twice as good at .11% per donut.

Yeah I'm on level 60, and I have accumulated certain things like the golden calf idol. Also think I've been screwing my self, judging by that link I have had things in my inventory, such as the wailing wall and the melted snowmen characters that are worth % bonus.

I do have the space rocket, not that it brings me back worth anything, I have more hail ants sign than I can count! Haha!

Finally deciding to try and increase my multiplier has opened up a whole new world to me! Thanks for the replies guys.

Agree with you there, would be very interesting to find out how many % you had tucked away in the inventory without you knowing.

cow tongues were 2%? Dam, I only bought 1.

It was a unique item, you could only buy one :lol:

Also, be aware that some items don't list a multiplier within the game. i.e. when the Cow Tongues were in the store the info bubble didn't list any multiplier. Another example: the wailing wall. When they were craftable during an event the screen never said "hey, this has a multiplier!" but people figured it out (and then went hog wild crafting them).

As such, it doesn't hurt to keep tabs on this forum or your favorite Tapped Out blog or wiki pages. If a new item has an unexpected multiplier then they'll likely be some mention of it on those places.

All the stuff from the inventory increased the multiplier by 15% so yeah was quite worthwhile getting all the junk out!
