AND....it does depend on what part of the US you live if you are getting a good education or not. I live in Virginia, the state has money and therefore the schools are excellent.
You pretty much made my point. Only certain parts of the United States have decent schooling. You're defending the American school system as a whole, and then go on to say that it really depends where in the US you are in.
Some of the most densely populated areas have some of the poorest school systems. There is a real problem in this country with education funding.
Still, even in better education systems within the US up to High School, there is not much emphasis on the metric system.
Yeah, sorry. I don't enjoy internet debates, find them pointless and they often escalate to ugly places. So i'm done. Stated my opinion, you stated yours. We will just have to agree to disagree.
