No offense, but business acumen is not your strong suit.

Think of all the content new players have missed out on. There has to be some sort of system in place to keep new players interested in the game.

Plus, no one forced you to buy that stuff. You wanted it then and decided the cost was worth it. Prices go down as a market adjusts. Get over it.

Yes, this. Last year's Halloween had things I wanted that were premium so I made the leap. This year I could have crafted most of it very easily. I have most, but not all of the list of buildings on this offer. I wouldn't mind the cheap donuts etc.....but why bother. EA is making me think it's time to go back to Freemium. Everything is eventually cheap or free lately. I understood when I went premium that if I wanted the extra goodies I'd have to pay and I was willing to do it. I understand the Freemium vs Premium argument, silly to whine or want virtual stuff, etc.....I made my choice, a lot of players here did, and now? Why pay 100 donuts for SSBob's house when it could be the next new giveaway?

I believe it is because you have three items from the second box (theater, try-n-save, and stadium). I am in the same boat even though I do not have the brewery.

Looks like EA should have thought this one through more such as give extra donuts to those who have all the items.

This not offering the deal to everyone sucks! I can understand if someone owns all the prizes and them not being eligible, but for someone like me who owns only ONE of item...come on! Just eliminate the items from my possible prizes. I would have gladly spent the money on this deal. EA at times seems so money hungry, so excluding a huge portion of your players doesn't seem smart. You just annoyed us all.

Got Otto and Duff Stadium. I'm happy with the purchase. Any of the characters would have been great, (although Otto was the cheapest), and Duff Stadium is a great addition to the town.

I'd totally go for this kind of deal if i didn't already have all those premium buildings. I mean, another try-and-save wouldn't be terrible but what would i do with another stadium?
