Who am I attacking?
The icon in the upper right-hand corner takes you random towns of varying levels that you can attack. Other people, who are not your neighbors, can also attack you.

Can I attack my neighbours?
Just unlocked it and did the random attack. Personally- I hate it!!! Visited 5 towns. All but 1 were house farmers with horrible towns
Yeah course you can attack your neighbours buddy :) when they built their castle of course, although the random thing can give you not so good towns least it helps spread the attacks about
Oh and when i get some more nerds your town is getting hit next :twisted:- Yeah, you can attack your actual neighbours, just look for the ones with elixir (or gold, I forget which one it is) totals, so you can tell which ones have properly started the event.
- It should only take you to towns where you can actually attack, unlike me it takes me to towns with nothing to do, but move out and on to another town.

The house farmers are what you want in this event. The houses are the ONLY things you can attack. Shops, restaurants, etc. can't be. If you go into a town where there is only the houses for in game families, you really won't have anywhere to attack- I wish we could see the names of our random victims! I've seen 1 or 2 towns that I would love to have was neighbors for plagiarizing (erm, inspiration...) :)
