Who started building the guinea pig center?

I think the ones who want more land have just got their message if that is in game... then again, it could be EA just trying to get a response from us on here
Yea it could be a joke too but also i think they've been aware that we need land because level 31 quimby said that we're running out of space and how we just keep building restaurants
