I've asked this question too, just out of curiosity. It doesn't bother me what anyone does with their town, as long as they have fun. :) The only exception is roads. When there's an event where the main area to find some sort of walking thing to tap, like the Bob clones, it can take a while to find that one patch of land, which can be frustrating.
