personally I'd rather be filled with rage than bored.
I still don't understand this logic, and I never will.
The worst days of my life are the ones that fill me with rage or sadness or both. Most of the best days are the ones where I can relax because nothing is hovering over my head, I don't have to fight with anyone, and life is (arguably) boring. I would always rather be bored than filled with rage. Bored means my needs are basically fulfilled. Rage means that something is going wrong :?
Oh, I meant that only in the context of a game. Not life in general! Lots of games that I play occasionally frustrate the you-know-what out of me, but it's worth it for a game that I enjoy. A game that bores me, however, isn't a game I want to continue playing. :)
I kind of get that, I guess. On the flip side, a game that's too frustrating isn't one I'll keep playing any more than I'll play something super boring. I've put down a ton of games that were nearly impossible to complete because they made me miserable, even if I'd enjoyed them until "that one level" blocked my path. Just made my leisure time feel too much like getting stonewalled by my boss or failing an exam or something.
