So... what is the most annoying/frustrating or just plain plum thing that you hate coming across/avoid like the plague and wish had never made it into the game?Maybe it's something big like the rain, or something minor like the talking toilet? What gets you grrrrring? And I'm not talking about bugs, but deliberate features.For me, being a family player, it has to be the monster under the bed... and out of all the anti-monster lights I love the little portable one the best because it is the most discreet, but those darn kids have a habit of playing with them and then putting them elsewhere while I'm not looking. Grrrrrrr :D

People calling on the phone and inviting my sim places. I can't stand it, I wish it didn't happen, its so annoying. I never accept invites and I wish there was a way to turn the phone and not even use it in my game.

Thunderstorms. Why is every sim afraid of them by default? It’s silly and annoying.A close second place would be musical chairs, sims walking away mid-conversation and any other nonsensical antisocial behaviour exhibited by the AI.

Oh my gosh and the constant phone calls. I so wish we had to buy a cellphone or at least could turn it off completely. Not just the sound as the popups are just as annoying.

Oh gosh I forgot that existed! Yes, that was so annoying I think it was 2 days after I bought the game that I turned it off for good!

Where did you turn it off? I tried music but that didn't work? The sting option I also turned off but didn't help. LOL not in game so couldn't remember what it was called.

Oh. I could make a list. But I'll keep it to just a few things.

First, the autonomous drinking of water. This action is nonsense, serves no purpose, no gameplay, and only takes up time and clutters the house (and inventories) with empty glasses. Even my Vampires drink water so I removed all of the sinks. It's a useless action and I want to strangle someone every time it happens in my game.

Second, the endless and insanity-inducing spamming of texts from strangers with the inability to completely turn off the phone. Why do we even have a "silence phone" option if it won't ignore all of those invasive popups? I also hate autonomous phone use. Just another reason for Sims to ignore each other.

Third, but most important - and this is a huge one- the emotion system. Why, why, oh why did they stray from the original Sims formula to favor emotions over the individuality and given traits of each Sim? I just... I can't. I will never understand this choice. This one bad decision managed to completely disrupt the integrity of the game and remains one of the main reasons for continuing controversy. RIP personalities.
