WOW!
That is a good payout! I remember reading your posts about your issues, I'm glad you got them resolved in the end.

Last week, my wife had an issue with her game, and we filed a ticket with EA. At first, the experience was not good, with form reply emails. Then, I posted in the forum about the issue. I received a PM from someone here (I won't say who to protect their identity) and it said something to the effect that if I provided my wife's username, they would give us some donuts for our trouble. I did not really believe that someone who had only made one post on the forum could do this, but I provided her name as I did not see any potential danger with just the name.
Last Friday, my wife found a direct line to EA, and before we could get off the phone with the rep, we were being called by an EA advisor (who sent us both friend requests, which I thought was awesome) and an EA specialist.
Long story short (I know... waaay past that now), EA fixed the game and gave us both hundreds of donuts each.
Satisfaction level----HIGH.
Then, today, I received a PM from the person on the forum who said they'd give us donuts for our trouble. This person knew what had happened with the EA advisor and specialist (we did not go into details anywhere, so they must have had insider information), and gave us both ANOTHER 150 DONUTS EACH!!!!
Like my title states, WOW!
So...the moral of the story kids is that whenver someone asks for your personal login information, please give it to them. You will get hundreds of donuts if you do :)
