You tagged Kindle but can you confirm that and confirm which country you are in please.
It's an Amazon issue that needs Amazon to fix it, so go and complain to Amazon and let them know they are causing you problems.
I can confirm it isn't a problem with Amazon UK for Kindle players over here, but I have heard of Amazon US doing this before, so maybe that's not fixed or they did it again.
It's still worth posting on here with that info. If enough of you do then EA will be able to get involved too.
